These terms govern your use of Huda Travels's website and services. By making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking Contract
A binding contract is formed when we issue a booking confirmation and receive your deposit. The lead traveller confirms they are 18+ and authorised to make bookings on behalf of all party members.
2. Prices & Payment
- Prices are per person based on double occupancy unless stated.
- A £250 pp deposit is required at booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
- Prices may change due to airline surcharges, government taxes or exchange rates before deposit is received.
3. Passport & Visa Responsibility
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure passports are valid for 6+ months, and that all visa documentation is provided accurately and on time. We are not liable for refused visas due to incorrect information supplied by the traveller.
4. Flight & Hotel Changes
Airlines and hotels may make schedule or accommodation changes beyond our control. We will notify you promptly and arrange suitable alternatives where possible.
5. Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the traveller's responsibility.
6. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a booking where a traveller's conduct endangers others or breaches Saudi law.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your booking. We are not liable for indirect losses or force majeure events.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
