Booking & Payments
How do I book an Umrah package?
Simply choose a package, submit an enquiry and one of our advisors will confirm availability and prepare a tailored quote. A deposit secures your booking.
What deposit is required?
A £250 per person non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, bank transfer and instalment plans on selected packages.
Visa & Documents
How long does the visa take?
Our standard e-visa is 3–5 business days. Express service delivers within 48 hours.
Do I need vaccines?
The Meningitis ACWY vaccine is mandatory. Your certificate must be dated 10 days to 3 years before travel.
Flights & Hotels
Can I choose my airline?
Yes — we offer Saudia, Emirates, Turkish, Qatar and more. Airline preferences may affect pricing.
How close are the hotels to the Haram?
Every hotel in our range is within 500 m of Masjid al-Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi. Distances are stated on each package.
Whilst in Saudi
Is transport included?
Yes — every package includes airport transfers and intercity coach transport. Ziyarat tours are also included.
Do you offer scholar guidance?
Group packages include a qualified scholar. Private packages can add scholar accompaniment on request.
