Booking Process
- Submit an enquiry via our website, phone or WhatsApp.
- Receive a tailored quote within 2 business hours.
- Confirm your package and passenger details.
- Pay a £250 pp non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- Receive booking confirmation and visa document checklist.
- Submit visa documents at least 6 weeks before departure.
- Pay balance 8 weeks before departure.
- Receive final travel pack (tickets, hotel vouchers, visa) 7 days before departure.

Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only once we send you a written booking confirmation. Verbal quotes are indicative and subject to availability.
Group Bookings
Groups of 10+ enjoy discounted rates, a dedicated coordinator and complimentary places on selected packages. Contact us for a bespoke quote.
