Cancellation by You
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges apply based on days before departure:

| 55–29 days | 60% of total |
| 28–15 days | 85% of total |
| 14 days or less | 100% of total |
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Amendments
Name changes, date changes and hotel upgrades are subject to airline and hotel policies plus a £75 pp amendment fee where permitted.
Visa Fees
Visa fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to Saudi authorities.
Cancellation by Us
In the rare event we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangement of equivalent value.
Force Majeure
Cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions) are handled per airline and hotel policies. We will act as your advocate to maximise recovery.
